Our new shipping policy and the thinking behind it.
Over the last few years Royal Mail prices have increased significantly, meaning we had to increase some of our prices for the first time. Many £9.99 priced products had to be increased to £11.99. These increases, together with the current cost of living crisis caused sales to slow. To find a solution to this problem we have restored those products to their original prices. To achieve this we had to swap our Free UK delivery service from Royal Mail to Evri. Currently, to send a parcel with Evri is £2+ cheaper than Royal Mail 24.
We understand from feedback received that Evri is a slower and slightly less reliable delivery company, so we have added the option to upgrade back to Royal Mail or DPD for only £2. So if you are looking for the usual very quick delivery from us, please pay £2 and upgrade to Royal Mail or DPD (You can specify in the order notes which service you prefer RM or DPD).
I value your input with regards to these changes and I will review how things are working out in a month or so.
Deliveries to England, Scotland, and Wales
All orders received before 3.30pm are dispatched the same working day.
All items are Free UK Delivery via Royal Mail (Large Letter) or Evri. You can also upgrade for only £2 to Royal Mail 24 or DPD Next Day Delivery. Orders can be tracked on this website by clicking on the chat box icon (bottom right) of the screen and selecting track order.
Everyone has a preferred courier depending on your location. So if you prefer not to use DPD or Evri then please message us before or leave a message in the order. We can send Royal Mail 2nd Class post instead of Evri (Free), and Royal Mail 24 instead of DPD (£2).

Free delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. Pay £2 to upgrade to Royal Mail 24.
